Job summary

Express Employment Professionals is partnering with Hearth and Home Technologies in Lake City, MN to hire Manufacturing Assemblers. You will assemble, test and package products using hand and power tools in a fast-paced setting.

This role is temporary with evaluation-to-hire, full-time and 1st or 2nd shift options, with overtime possibly required and competitive hourly pay. Training and safety are emphasized throughout operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.
• At least one year of experience using hand or power tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble sub-assemblies, components, and finished products on the line.
• Use small hand tools and light power tools to complete tasks.
• Operate production equipment such as presses and wash stations.
• Test and inspect to ensure product quality and package goods.
• Rotate between duties and maintain safety and pace.

Temporary and Long-Term Manufacturing Assemblers

Location: Lake City, MN

Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week)

Employment Type: Temporary and Evaluation-to-Hire

Shift Schedule

1st Shift

• Monday-Thursday
• 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

2nd Shift

• Monday-Thursday
• 5:00 PM - 3:30 AM

Overtime may be required on Fridays.

Pay

1st Shift

$18.50 - $21.50/hour

2nd Shift

$20.50 - $23.50/hour

About the Role

• Form and handle various metals
• Rotate between job duties and workstations as needed
• Maintain a steady work pace while following safety guidelines

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Steel-toe boots and proper PPE required in some areas
