Job summary

Hearth & Home Technologies, LLC is hiring for an assembler role in Minnesota. You will work on the assembly line, operate hand and power tools, and rotate through multiple stations to build and test finished goods.

Responsibilities

• Assemble on the line and in work cells.
• Use small hand and power tools and operate small machines.
• Test and package finished goods and rotate through job stations.
• Form various metals and maintain a fast-paced production rhythm.

Position Details

• Starting Pay: $18.50- $21.50 per hour (based on skills & experience)
• Shift details: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Core Hours)
  • 4 x 10 Schedule (Monday - Thursday)
  • OT as needed on Friday

Assembler Duties Include

• Assembly line & work cell positions
• Using small hand & power tools
• Operating small machines
• Job rotation
• Testing and packaging of finished goods
• Forming of various metals
• Repetitive work at a fast pace

Job Requirements

• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to be on feet for extended periods of time
• Working with hands & finger dexterity
• Wearing proper PPE & practicing safe work habits
• Willing & able to be cross trained & multitask
