Job summary

Kelly Services in Fairborn, OH is seeking an Assembly Technician for a first-shift position (7:30am–4:00pm, Mon–Fri) with a pay rate of $24.50 per hour. You will lay out, assemble, and test End of Arm Tooling and components, maintain drawings and BOMs, and support inventory control.

• Have a hands-on technical background in assembly, fabrication, or manufacturing.
• Are experienced with measuring tools, layout work, light machinery, and electrical/pneumatic systems
• Possess strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Demonstrate attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Are organized, reliable, and team-oriented
• MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE W/ CALIPERS, HAND TOOLS AND BLUE PRINTS
