Job summary

Jobtailor in Billings, MT is seeking a hands-on Mechanical Assembler. You will assemble large mechanical parts per specifications, read blueprints, and route hydraulic and pneumatic lines. This role requires use of power and hand tools and knowledge of overhead crane operations.

Candidates with 1–2 years of automotive mechanic experience and a solid math background will fit well. The position is on-site in Billings with opportunities to work on diverse projects and contribute to precision

Qualifications

• Experience reading blueprints and hydraulic/pneumatic schematics.

Responsibilities

• Assemble large mechanical parts, pieces or products using a variety of tools and equipment according to required specifications
• Mechanical Assembly
• Plumbing
• Routing hydraulic, pneumatic, water hose/tube/pipe
• Assemble customer requested options
• Read blueprints, hydraulic and pneumatic schematics

Requirements

• Previous experience with blueprint reading
