Job summary

ManpowerGroup is recruiting for a Production Operations Tech in Bellevue, WA to join our electronics manufacturing client. You will support the production and quality assurance teams, requiring strong attention to detail and a proactive approach.

The role includes thorough-hole and SMT PCB soldering, component installation and repair, testing, documentation of results, and collaboration with engineering to resolve issues and improve processes.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a high-reliability electronics manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with IPC workmanship standards (IPC-A-610 and/or J-STD-001 preferred).
• Experience troubleshooting complex electronic assemblies to the component level.
• Knowledge of manufacturing quality systems and documentation requirements.
• Technical certification or training in electronics, PCB assembly, or related fields.

Responsibilities

Our client, electronics manufacturing industry is seeking a Production Operations Tech to join their team. As a Production Operations Tech, you will be part of the Manufacturing Operations supporting the production and quality assurance teams. Pay Range: $27 - $29

Shift: Mon-Fri, 8am - 5pm
