Job Description

The Assembly Team Lead plays a critical role in ensuring efficient, safe, and high-quality assembly operations. This position is responsible for leading a team of assembly technicians, managing daily production activities, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The role focuses on delivering strong operational performance and high-quality products to customers across the Americas region.

Responsibilities
  • Overseeing the production schedules to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely, efficient manner.
  • Implementing and maintaining safety assurance procedures to guarantee the well-being of all team members.
  • Ensuring the quality of all work produced, adhering to the highest standards of the Accounting + Finance industry.
  • Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate productivity and identify areas for improvement.
  • Managing workflow to optimize efficiency and productivity, making necessary adjustments as needed.
  • Leading production efforts, coordinating with various departments to ensure all components are effectively integrated.
  • Overseeing inventory, ensuring all necessary materials are available when needed, and managing stock levels.
  • Implementing and managing automation processes to improve efficiency and accuracy in the assembly process.
  • Guiding, mentoring, and developing team members, fostering a positive, productive work environment.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Assembly or Manufacturing Operations & 2+ years of leadership/management experience
  • Proven experience with production schedules, safety assurance, quality control, KPIs, workflow management, production, inventory, etc.
  • Exceptional leadership abilities, with a proven track record of guiding teams to success.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information to a variety of audiences.
  • A detail-oriented mindset, with a strong focus on accuracy and precision.
  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Knowledge of industry-standard software and tools, with a focus on automation technologies.
