Responsibilities

• Assigning and verifying work orders, schematics, and specifications for your team.
• Training new employees on assembly methods and troubleshooting hands-on issues.
• Running in-process quality checks and repairing defects flagged by QC.
• Owning safety compliance, work area standards, and tool maintenance on your line.
• Managing scheduling, performance reviews, and hiring for your assembly team.
