Job summary

Tappwfs is seeking an Assembly Supervisor to lead a power electronics assembly team on site in Texas. You will train, coach, troubleshoot, and enforce safety standards while maintaining schedule and quality.

This hands-on leadership role requires you to be on the floor, directing work and making critical calls to keep the line moving. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years supervisory experience in manufacturing, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office.
