Job summary

Panelmatic, Inc. in Texas is seeking an Assembly Supervisor to lead one or more production teams and ensure tasks are completed on time.

You will assign daily tasks, monitor progress, and coach staff while working with management to improve processes in manufacturing areas.

Candidates should have experience in shop supervision, read drawings, and operate in ISO 9001 environments, with strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Experience as shop supervisor or equivalent manufacturing role.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Experience working in a safe ISO 9001 certified environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff to produce manufactured products and organizes and monitors workflow.
• Plans, monitors, and appraises results; coaches and disciplines employees.
• Recruits, selects, onboards, trains, and mentors employees.
• Maintains workflow by monitoring processes, variables, equipment, and resources; studies methods.
