The ideal candidate has a engineering degree or related manufacturing experience, 4+ years in manufacturing, and hands-on knowledge of machining, assembly, hydraulics, and PLCs. Proficiency with Excel and SAP is required.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Korean and English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent manufacturing experience.
• 4+ years in manufacturing, assembly, or automotive environments.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and interpret technical documentation.
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, PLCs, automation tooling.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and ERP systems such as SAP.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve production, equipment, and process-related issues within the assembly department.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, and cost reduction.
• Coordinate and lead assigned projects, including equipment upgrades, process improvements, and capital investments.
• Collaborate with suppliers, contractors, and cross-functional teams to improve tooling, automation, and manufacturing processes.
• Develop and implement corrective actions for quality concerns, equipment failures, and production bottlenecks.
• Train team members on new processes, procedures, and best practices.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and KPI updates for management regarding operational performance and project progress.

Position Overview

Compensation:

$60,000 - $65,000 annually (depending on experience, qualifications, and overall fit)
