Rise Technical Recruitment Limited in Valley, Alabama is seeking an Assembly Process Technician (Korean bilingual). This permanent role offers visa sponsorship, full training, overtime at time and a half, two annual bonuses, and comprehensive medical/dental/vision coverage.

You will work hands-on across assembly and test, help resolve daily production issues, support equipment and process improvements, and ensure the line runs smoothly alongside the team.

Qualifications

• 4 years manufacturing experience in machining, assembly, quality or general processes.

• Familiar with hydraulics, pneumatics, tooling, PLC, G-code and automation.
