Job summary

PDS Tech, Inc. is seeking coil winding operators/transformer assemblers in Rainsville, AL. You will operate winding equipment, bend and assemble coils, and support testing of transformer components in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The role requires reading instructions, maintaining quality, and working with team members to meet production goals. On-the-job training is provided with potential for growth in a stable environment.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing/production experience is preferred.
• Ability to read and follow production documents and drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate coil winding equipment and hand winders to assemble coils.
• Read work instructions, BOMs, specifications, and visual aids to ensure proper assembly.
• Use pneumatic/hydraulic tools to attach wires, terminals, and lugs.
• Operate robotic welding equipment and support transformer assembly.
• Perform transformer potting processes and inspect finished components.
