Job summary

Total Talent Solutions in Rainsville, Alabama is hiring an Assembly Welder to support our manufacturing operations. You will read blueprints, assemble components, and ensure quality in a fast-paced setting.

Pay ranges from $15.00 to $17.00 per hour with both 1st and 2nd shifts; training on the 1st shift is provided. You will use hand tools, crimping equipment, and ultrasonic welding and participate in Lean 6S improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; blueprint reading and basic math skills valued.
• Ability to read specifications, drawings and work instructions.
• Experience with basic hand tools and assembly equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare coils for final assembly and testing per quality standards.
• Bend, shape, cut, and attach wires and lugs per specs.
• Operate pneumatic and hydraulic crimping equipment for assembly tasks.
• Use ultrasonic welding equipment to assemble components.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE; support 6S/Lean initiatives.
• Maintain productivity and assist with inventory counts.
