Location: Rainsville, AL
Pay Rate: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 1st Shift | 6 AM - 2:30 PM
- 2nd Shift | 3 PM - 11:30 PM (Training on the 1st shift)
Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, drawings, work instructions, and shop aids.
- Basic math and measurement skills preferred.
Experience Requirements
- Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or industrial experience preferred.
- Experience using hand tools, crimping tools, or assembly equipment is a plus.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, 6S, or continuous improvement practices preferred.
- Experience working in a fast-paced production environment preferred.

- Good verbal communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and stay organized.
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with minimal supervision.
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Frequently lift, push, and pull up to 5 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to perform repetitive hand and wrist movements requiring strong manual dexterity.
- Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and working in confined or narrow spaces.
- Comfortable working in a busy manufacturing environment with varying levels of noise and activity.
Job Duties
- Prepare coils for final assembly and testing while meeting quality and production standards.
- Bend, shape, cut, and attach wires and lugs according to specifications and work instructions.
- Operate pneumatic and hydraulic crimping equipment to complete assembly tasks.
- Use ultrasonic welding equipment to assemble and secure components.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Utilize lifting assistance devices when handling heavier products and materials.
- Participate in inventory counts and other production support activities as needed.
- Maintain productivity goals, quality requirements, and manufacturing schedules.
- Support 6S, Lean Manufacturing, housekeeping, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support changing business and production needs.
