Sew-Eurodrive Colombia Ltda is seeking an assembler to support the 2nd shift, focusing on hand assembly of gear motors, reducers, and adjustable drives. Responsibilities include stocking, testing, packing, and ensuring quality while adhering to ISO procedures and safety guidelines.

• Hand assembly of gear motors, reducers, and adjustable drives; maintain stock between lines.
• Use calipers, depth gauges, and paint millage gauges.
• Visually inspect all work and rework as needed.
• Comply with ISO Quality and safety rules and company policies.
• Assess situations; report unsafe conditions and avoid unsafe tasks.

About the Role

Position involves all aspects of the assembly processes including putting up inventory stock, parts pulling, assembling, repair/restock/warranty evaluations, testing and service, wash/prep/paint, packing, shipping /receiving and general clean up. The main focus of the position at this time is assembly of reducers and motors. Excellent mechanical aptitude and experience is required, including a background in hand assembly.

Pay Range: $17.00/hour + 10% Shift Differential

Shift: 2nd Shift

• Assess each situation and do not perform any tasks which s/he feels is unsafe, on which s/he has not received training, or engage in any unsafe work practices. Report any unsafe condition to his/her manager.
