Must be available to work 2nd shift, Monday-Friday 10:30 AM - 6:30 PM. Shifts are determined by business needs.

What You Will Do

Technical Tasks: Perform machine and/or manual inventory. Computer work required. Accurately read and follow procedures, routing and other work instructions. Take ownership of accuracy of processes. Customer Focus: Meet internal and external customer deadlines as determined by team. Comply with applicable elements of quality systems (ACE). Special Projects: Demonstrate initiative to keep processes moving and on schedule. Understand and use computer tools such as SAP and accurately follow work instructions. Achieve special process certification where applicable. Demonstrate a proactive role in problem solving. Pursue certifications in continuous improvement (ACE). Communication: Interface with other functional groups to update, inform, acknowledge or resolve problems related to production issues. Effectively interact with others Participate in cost reduction plans. Participate in waste minimization efforts. Participate in audits.

  • May be required to be on feet for long periods of time.
  • Safety glasses and other safety equipment are required depending on task.
  • Must be able to effectively work in an environment requiring repetitive job responsibilities.
  • Ability to focus on safety and quality is extremely important.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 pounds.
  • This position is on 2nd Shift, Monday - Friday 10:30 AM - 6:30 PM.
  • Must be willing and able to work 2nd shift.
  • Training is typically on 1st shift. Candidates must be willing and able to train on 1st shift for up to 4 weeks.
