Job summary

As an Assembly Operator you will run all assembly equipment safely, verify sign-off as a qualified associate, feed lines, perform quality checks, and complete necessary paperwork. A High School Diploma or GED is required for this role.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operates all assembly equipment and machinery safely at the required rate.
• Follow the cell qualification process to sign off as a qualified associate.
• Feed lines as required to maintain production flow.
• Ensure parts and components are assembled per SOP.
• Perform all required quality checks.
• Complete all relevant documentation (VE logs, 1st Piece Check, Reference Number log, scrap log, rework log).
• Perform changeover operations on all machines correctly.
• Perform first piece inspection.
• Sort and tag scrap/rework parts for designated area.
• Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness.
• Perform any other duties as specified.
