Dauch Corporation has immediate opportunities for Production Operators at our Three Rivers, MI facility. Entry level pay starts at $22.00/hour with a $1 shift premium for 2nd and 3rd shifts, rising to $33/hour as rates top out.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Able to work any shift and weekends as needed.
• Criminal and education background check will be completed.
• Pre-employment physical and drug screening required.

• Willingness to adapt to manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Machining and assembling automotive axle components and final assemblies.
• Perform day-to-day hands-on tasks in a manufacturing setting.
• Support weekend shifts as required or volunteered.
