Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Experience operating manufacturing equipment is preferred.
• Ability to read work instructions and quality documentation.
• Must be able to stand, lift, and perform physical tasks when required.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing equipment per SOPs.
• Load materials and components into machines and production equipment.
• Verify machine settings, tooling, fixtures, and material requirements before runs.
• Conduct first-piece, in-process, and final inspections for quality.
• Measure parts using gauges and calipers; maintain records.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and notify maintenance as needed.
• Complete production reports and traceability paperwork accurately.
• Support changeovers and setup verification; follow 5S housekeeping.
