Job summary

Manpower Group (USA) is assisting a leading manufacturing company in Taunton, MA to recruit a Production Assembler. You will join the Production Department and support the Manufacturing Team with attention to detail and a safety-first mindset.

The role involves assembling per work orders, operating production equipment, loading post-cure ovens, keeping records, and maintaining GMP compliance. Night shift 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM is required, with benefits including 401K and health coverage.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, or assembly experience preferred.
• Able to read and follow work orders, drawings, specifications, and operating procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high‑quality products.
• Ability to work safely and wear required personal protective equipment.
• Willingness to work the night shift 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM.

Responsibilities
