Job summary

JCB North America is seeking an Operations Manager - Assembly to lead all assembly manufacturing activities on the 2nd shift at our Pooler, GA site. You will drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements while building a high-performance team.

Responsibilities include directing supervisors and managers, planning staffing, ensuring schedule attainment, and partnering with cross-functional teams to meet production goals and continuous improvement targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, Operations Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
• 5+ years leading supervisors, managers, and large production teams.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and problem-solving.
• Experience managing budgets, capital projects, and operating expenditures.

Responsibilities

• Lead all assembly operations to achieve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Morale objectives.
• Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining compliance with quality standards and procedures.
• Develop and execute strategies supporting growth, demands, and organizational objectives.
• Monitor daily performance and implement actions to close gaps in efficiency and capacity.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Manufacturing teams for continuity.
