Job summary

You will lead with our Guiding Principles, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, drive continuous improvement, and focus on delivering high-quality products on time while meeting customer specifications.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 years manufacturing with at least 1 year in a supervisory/leadership role.
• High level knowledge of machinery and production systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct and monitor activities of production personnel.
• Champion safety, quality, and cost objectives.
• Manage employee performance processes including coaching and development.
• Lead continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
• Ensure production meets customer specifications and delivery timelines.
• Provide technical process expertise in production and maintenance.
