Job summary

Harvester Works in East Moline, IL is seeking an Assembly Manufacturing Engineer to support Front-End Equipment and Cab operations. This is a 12-month W2 contract with a 1st shift 7am–3:30pm schedule and potential overtime. Visa sponsorship is not available.

You will lead process improvements, set up SOE/OMS, and work with SAP and MES to ensure safe, efficient manufacturing controls on the production line.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in engineering/tech required.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with SAP/MES and shop-floor documentation.
• Ability to work autonomously and deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement continuous improvement projects for safety, quality and efficiency.
• Establish SOE, work center layouts, torque tools, fixtures and OMS for operations.
• Collaborate with SAP and MES to develop manufacturing process controls.
