Infiltrator Water Technologies is seeking a hands-on operations leader to oversee material processing, safety, and continuous improvement in a high-performance environment. You will coach and develop a team, manage warehousing and logistics, and drive ISO-compliant processes across production, planning, and maintenance functions.

You will balance inventory health with efficiency goals, implement new SOPs, and lead KPI-driven performance reviews while maintaining strong housekeeping and training

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing processes, warehousing and logistics.
• Ability to lead and manage staff.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Responsabilités

• Manage material processing functions (extrusion, grinding, receiving, blending and internal transfers).
• Ensure a safety and ethical work environment for all team members; execute disciplinary actions as needed.
• Maintain and improve operational efficiency of processes and equipment in material processing.
• Manage internal fleet of trucks, trailers and tankers, including PMs, repairs and replacements.
• Manage inventory in the warehouse; balance age and health of material while ensuring accuracy.
• Ensure execution compliance per ISO processes and develop new SOPs/WIs.
• Coordinate with production, planning, purchasing & maintenance for continuity.
• Achieve function KPIs and set targets for team members; lead performance reviews.
• Maintain daily/weekly/monthly metrics for cross-operational use.
• Lead the team and provide feedback; conduct performance reviews per policy.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost savings through equipment/process updates.
• Maintain housekeeping standards inside and outside facilities.
• Oversee employee training, development and retention.
