The Assembly Supervisor at ProMach, Inc. will lead daily assembly operations, develop standardized work, and ensure quality across production. You will coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, and Production to keep products moving efficiently.

You will mentor the assembly team, drive process improvements, and maintain documentation while upholding safety and compliance. This hands-on leadership role offers growth and a path to operational excellence.

• Strong technical writing and process documentation skills.
• Thorough understanding of mechanical assembly practices and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and lead multiple projects and production activities.

• Working knowledge of quality systems, inventory control, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Aufgaben

• Lead assembly activities to meet production schedules and quality standards.
• Develop, document, and maintain standardized assembly procedures and work instructions.
• Monitor production metrics and implement corrective actions.
• Support inventory accuracy through proper material handling and process controls.
• Collaborate with Engineering for manufacturability improvements and with Quality for nonconformances.
