Essential Functions:
- Assemble components and sub-assemblies following standard work instructions, ensuring quality and precision.
- Perform inspections, including visual and gauge-based, to verify parts meet specifications and SPC standards in collaboration with the Quality team.
- Support machine setup, tooling changes, and perform basic maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
- Report equipment malfunctions, quality issues, or process abnormalities promptly to supervisors.
- Rotate through various stations to promote ergonomic safety, workload balance, and standardized work practices.
- Assist in training new employees and support cross-training efforts for team flexibility.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace following 5S or lean manufacturing principles.
- Work independently with attention to detail, and be flexible to work overtime and adapt to production needs.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing process feedback and participating in activities.
- Adhere to SCHERDEL’s quality, environmental, and customer requirements.
Position Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to bend, twist, and stand for 8-12 hours.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs as needed.

Shift Details:
3rd Shift: 11pm to 7am with a $3.00/hour shift premium.
