Job Details

Schedule: 2:30pm-10:30pm, Monday-Friday. Overtime may include 2:30pm-12:30am and potential Saturdays.

Responsibilities
  1. Access and interpret electronic production schedules.
  2. Verify received parts against pick tickets for accuracy.
  3. Ensure machine setup aligns with instructions.
  4. Operate machinery focusing on quality and efficiency.
  5. Make minor adjustments to machinery as needed.
  6. Document and escalate production issues.
  7. Use manual handling equipment if necessary.
Qualifications
  • Minimum education: 8th grade
  • Willingness to learn on-the-job training provided
Physical & Environmental Demands
  • Operate large machinery, potential for minor injuries.
  • Exposure to dust, noise, solvents, heat, and other chemicals.
  • Require constant alertness and use of protective gear.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical activities such as walking, bending, and climbing.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with electronic production and maintenance systems.
