Job summary

PeopleReady in Odessa, FL is seeking Assembly Line Workers to join the team on the 1st shift. You will assemble and inspect product parts, assist in shipments, and ensure quality standards are met throughout the production process.

In this role, you will safely package products, support operators, and help with material handling. Applicants must be 18+, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Assembly Line Worker

PeopleReady of Tampa, FL is now hiring Assembly Line Workers in Odessa, FL! As an Assembly Line Worker, you are responsible for assembling and checking product parts, assisting in shipments, and ensuring that manufactured products meet set standards of quality.

Pay Rate

The pay rate for this job is $16 - $16 / hour*

What you'll be doing as an Assembly Line Worker

• Safely and efficiently package products according to quality standards using both automatic and manual packaging machines

• Assist operators, batch makers, and other team members in the manufacturing of finished products

• Perform heavy lifting of up to 50 lbs as required

• Package and assemble products on the production line while maintaining quality standards

• Assist forklift operators with material handling and other warehouse duties as needed

Job requirements

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady

• Ability to perform heavy lifting of up to 50 lbs

• Previous warehouse experience, including packing orders on an assembly line

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail and quality standards

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Background check and Drug test required
