Job summary

PeopleReady in Odessa, FL is seeking Assembly Line Workers to join the team on the 1st shift. You will assemble and inspect product parts, assist in shipments, and ensure quality standards are met throughout the production process.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to perform heavy lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Previous warehouse or assembly line experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently package products according to quality standards using packaging machines.
• Assist operators, batch makers, and other team members in producing finished products.
• Perform heavy lifting of up to 50 lbs as required.
• Package and assemble products on the production line while maintaining quality standards.
• Assist forklift operators with material handling and other warehouse duties as needed.
