Job summary

PeopleReady of Lebanon, IN is hiring a Production Operator to assemble and inspect products and ensure quality standards. You will feed raw materials into production machinery, assemble goods on lines, perform basic quality checks, and prepare products for shipping.

Shift availability is open, with a competitive pay rate and a strong benefits package. Applicants must be at least 18; prior manufacturing experience is helpful but not required; a background check and drug test are required.

Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $20 - $24 / hour*

What you’ll be doing as a Production Operator:

• Feed raw materials into production machinery




• Assemble goods on production lines




• Carry out basic quality and testing checks




• Prepare products for shipping




• Store goods and raw materials properly in a warehouse
