Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $15 - $16 / hour*

What You'll Be Doing as a Packager:

• Lift up to 25 lbs. regularly and up to 70 lbs
• Perform quality assurance (QA) checks on orders to ensure 100% accuracy before shipment
• Follow customer-specific packing and labeling requirements to prevent chargebacks and ensure compliance
• Prioritize orders on the conveyor/belt system to ensure urgent and priority orders are processed first
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accurate inventory records
• Support cross-training efforts and assist in multiple warehouse functions and departments as needed
• Perform general warehouse housekeeping, cleaning, and maintenance tasks
• Follow all food safety, quality, and sanitation procedures

Available Shifts:

Shift timings- 1st Shift (Day), 3rd Shift (Night), Weekends

Job Requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady

• Maintain regular, reliable, and predictable attendance
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail while handling orders
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and productivity standards

• Learn and efficiently utilize warehouse computer systems and software
• Ability to work with hands and assemble boxes accurately and efficiently.
• Ability to perform light lifting and material handling throughout the shift
