Jabil in Florence, Kentucky is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Line Lead for multiple shifts. You will organize line workload, staff assembly operations, and ensure work meets Jabil standards while driving continuous improvement.

The role emphasizes staffing, training, and timely feedback to maximize potential and meet production deadlines on a 6am-6pm Wednesday/Thursday-Saturday shift cycle.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required, Associates degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in a manufacturing environment.
• At least 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate line workload and staffing by product priority.
• Ensure workmanship standards and monitor CIQ to fix issues.
• Minimize changeover times with organized planning.
• Minimize excess material and ensure availability of supplies.
• Verify documentation is current and authorized.
• Inform employees of deviations or changes.
• Notify supervisor about employee issues or recommendations.
• Strive for continuous improvement in all areas.
• Ensure line personnel are trained and certified.
• Motivate team with timely feedback.
• Track production and meet deadlines.
• Review policies and ensure understanding by staff.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
