Job summary

Medline is seeking a production line supervisor to oversee a single assembly line, ensuring efficient operation and high-quality output for customers. The role involves directing line workers, communicating process changes, and maintaining safety and cleanliness standards throughout the shift.

Responsibilities include kit building, paperwork verification, and ensuring correct components per BOM. This role requires basic computer skills, a high school diploma, and prior manufacturing experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous production/manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Basic computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee employees on a single assembly line.
• Run assembly line efficiently to deliver quality products.
• Communicate changes and procedures to all personnel on the line.
• Build first kits (master sample) for jobs and assign stations.
• Verify paperwork for all lots (DHR, inserts, carton labels, substitutions, deviations).
• Complete line clearance forms, ECN's, daily production reports, cleaning logs, and on-hold forms.
• Verify components per work order BOM from warehouse.
• Enforce company policies and maintain a clean, safe work area.
