Job summary

EOTECH HQ plant in Plymouth, MI is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee manufacturing lines and assembly employees, coaching and mentoring staff while ensuring adherence to work rules and SOPs. You will own the assembly processes, drive continuous improvement, manage material flow and WIP, and partner with plant leadership to meet daily production targets in a dynamic environment.

This role requires a Bachelor's in engineering or related field, supervision experience, and Lean Six Sigma

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field.
• At least two years’ supervision experience managing a team of hourly workers.
• Must undergo background checks and reference verifications.
• Lean Six Sigma Certification (preferred).
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversee the manufacturing lines and assembly employees.
• Coach and mentor assembly staff and team leaders.
• Own assembly line procedures and enforce SOPs.
• Maintain 6S and a clean, organized work environment.
• Meet daily production rates aligned with financial goals.
