Job summary

Kelvion is seeking a production supervisor to ensure daily assembly line targets are met while upholding quality and safety standards. You will guide line workers, coordinate tasks, and monitor performance to achieve production schedules.

The role requires hands-on leadership, adherence to SOPs, and strong teamwork across maintenance and engineering teams. Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in manufacturing or assembly, with Lean and quality control knowledge, plus basic computer and ERP

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing or assembly operations.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing and quality control principles.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and work instructions.
• Proficient in basic computer applications and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily assembly line operations to meet production schedules.
• Assign tasks and monitor performance of line workers to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and SOPs.
• Inspect products and processes to maintain quality standards.
• Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching to team members.
• Report production metrics and issues to supervisors or management.
• Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to resolve issues.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives on the line.

POSITION SUMMARY

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

• Lead and coordinate daily assembly line operations to meet production schedules
• Assign tasks and monitor performance of line workers to ensure efficiency and quality
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and SOPs
• Inspect products and processes to maintain quality standards
• Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching to team members
• Report production metrics and issues to supervisors or management
• Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to resolve equipment or process issues
• Support continuous improvement initiatives on the line
• All other duties assigned.
