Job summary

Kelvion is seeking a Production Lead to manage daily assembly line operations in our Oklahoma facility, ensuring on-time production, safety, and quality. You will coordinate tasks, monitor line performance, and drive improvements with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 2–5 years in manufacturing supervision, a strong grasp of lean principles, and the ability to read technical instructions. Prior ERP experience is preferred, with a focus on meeting production targets and upholding safety

Qualifications

  • Experience leading a production line or assembly team.
  • Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and quality control principles.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and work instructions.

  • Lead and coordinate daily assembly line operations to meet production schedules.
  • Assign tasks and monitor performance of line workers to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and SOPs.
  • Inspect products and processes to maintain quality standards.
  • Train new employees and provide coaching to team members.
  • Report production metrics and issues to supervisors or management.
  • Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to resolve equipment or process issues.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives on the line.
  • All other duties assigned.

Position Summary

This role ensures that production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and team performance.

Responsibilities & Duties
  • Lead and coordinate daily assembly line operations to meet production schedules
  • Assign tasks and monitor performance of line workers to ensure efficiency and quality
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and SOPs
  • Inspect products and processes to maintain quality standards
  • Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching to team members
  • Report production metrics and issues to supervisors or management
  • Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to resolve equipment or process issues
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives on the line
  • All other duties assigned.

Requirements (knowledge, Skills & Abilities)
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a production environment
  • Strong understanding of lean manufacturing and quality control principles
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and work instructions
  • Proficient in basic computer applications and ERP systems
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE (required Levels)
  • High school diploma or GED (Associate degree preferred)
  • 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing or assembly operations
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
