Job summary

Jabil, a global manufacturing solutions company, seeks a line workload organizer for assembly operations to prioritize work and manage staffing. The role supports meeting workmanship standards, monitoring CIQ, and driving efficiency on the production floor.

You will coordinate with supervisors, ensure proper documentation, and guide teammates through changes, training, and performance feedback within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to present information to managers and clients
• Ability to define problems, collect data, and draw conclusions
• Ability to operate a PC with Windows and related software
• Advanced PC skills and knowledge of Jabil software packages
• Ability to write simple correspondence and read visuals
• Ability to follow simple, one- or two-step instructions

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Assembly Line Supervisor on line workload and staffing
• Ensure work meets Jabil workmanship standards and CIQ monitoring for issues
• Minimize changeover times through organized planning
• Control on-floor material, stockage, and supplies
• Verify documentation is accurate and current
• Inform staff of deviations or changes promptly
• Report employee problems to Manufacturing Supervisor
• Drive continuous improvement in all areas of responsibility
• Ensure line personnel are trained and certified for their roles
• Motivate line members with timely feedback
• Track production and meet deadlines
• Review policies and ensure compliance by staff
• May perform other duties as assigned
