Responsibilities

• Oversee assembly workers to meet quality and production targets.
• Provide ongoing feedback and safety instruction to team members.
• Assist with break coverage and shift relief as needed.
• Verify production counts at shift start and end.
• Ensure proper handling and placement of sheeting material.
• Inspect finished work for defects and alignment.
• Maintain tools and equipment and train staff in safe use.
• Support equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Identify and report quality or safety issues to supervisors.
• Coordinate team activities to ensure efficient processes.
