Job summary

Certified Collectibles Group is seeking an Assembly Production Supervisor in Sarasota, FL to lead a 30+ person assembly team, drive Lean Six Sigma initiatives, and ensure safe, high‑quality encapsulation and assembly of collectible cards.

You will oversee production planning, scheduling, and inventory management while collaborating across divisions and leadership levels. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred, with bilingual English/Spanish required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Proven experience managing large teams in a production environment.
• Strong understanding of production equipment such as sonic welders and manual vises.
• Proficiency in Excel, Salesforce, and ERP systems.
• Experience implementing quality control initiatives and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Excellent communication and cross‑level collaboration skills.
• Deep knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and inventory management.
• Bilingual Spanish & English required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a 30+ assembly operators team to meet production goals and quality standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve in-place processes and drive professionalization initiatives.
• Oversee daily production operations, ensuring SOPs and QC measures are followed.
• Implement Lean Six Sigma initiatives and continuous improvement strategies.
• Monitor KPIs and partner with senior leadership to optimize performance.
• Coordinate production planning, scheduling, and inventory management to meet objectives.
• Ensure safety compliance and a clean, organized work environment.
• Collaborate with other divisions and leadership levels; support training and development.
