Fanatics Collectibles is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead production operations on-site, manage a team of production workers, and drive schedules, quality, and safety. The role emphasizes coaching, continuous improvement, and cross-department coordination to meet demand.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in manufacturing with Lean, Six Sigma, and CPIM certifications, plus a Bachelor's or relevant degrees.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years in manufacturing or production environments.
• Experience in supervisory or leadership roles.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and 5S/Kaizen.
• Understanding of quality control procedures.
• Familiarity with safety standards and OSHA regulations.
• Project management experience and data-driven decision making.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with performance metrics and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a production team from leads to general labor.
• Manage sub-department production schedules and targets.
• Coordinate cross-department workflow for efficient production.
• Implement and enforce quality control standards and procedures.
• Inspect products to meet specifications and resolve issues.
• Enforce safety policies and coordinate training sessions.
• Ensure regulatory and company standards compliance.
• Maintain records of production activities and incidents.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and downtime planning.
• Track KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
