Carrier is seeking an Assembly Supervisor in Indianapolis, IN to lead a 60-80 person production team, driving safety, quality and efficiency on the floor. The role emphasizes coaching, union collaboration, and continuous improvement within a global organization.

You will develop teams, implement changes, and ensure records and labor efficiency targets are met, while fostering a positive, compliant workplace environment.

Qualifications

• Associates degree and 2+ years in ops or supply chain management.
• 1+ years experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Safety, quality, and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a production team of 60-80 people to meet goals.
• Champion continuous improvement to reduce downtime and improve quality.
• Oversee implementation of product and engineering changes.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and maintain accurate timecard records.
• Maintain positive relationships with union representatives per the CBA.
