POSITION SUMMARY:The Assembly Department Manager is responsible for overseeing scheduling of production and daily operations within the assembly department, ensuring production goals are met while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. This role leads and develops the assembly team and drives continuous improvement initiatives and ensures alignment with overall company objectives.POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage and coordinate all assembly department activities to meet production schedules and targetsDevelop & oversee production scheduling.
