Job summary

Lancaster Archery Supply in Leola, PA is seeking a Full-Time Production Assistant to build and maintain inventory and fulfill orders. You will assemble and package products and help keep production flowing in a fast-paced environment.

The role supports Production and Fletching teams, with opportunities to contribute to quarterly inventory reporting and cross-functional projects. Candidates should be comfortable with hand tools, math, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience with hand tools.
• Strong mathematical abilities and problem resolution skills.
• Able to work in fast paced environment and adapt to frequently changing priorities.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

The Full Time Production Assistant builds and maintains Lancaster Archery Manufacturing inventory levels to fulfill incoming orders.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Assemble and package all Lancaster Archery Manufacturing products
• Maintain inventory to quickly fulfill orders
• Maintain inventory levels and submit quarterly inventory reports

Other Duties

• Assist Production and Fletching Departments
• Performs other duties and special projects as assigned
