Job summary

Swift Filters in Oakwood Village, Ohio is seeking detail-oriented Assembly Technicians to join our production team assembling filter components. You will fold, pleat, and assemble using hand tools and glue guns.

This role emphasizes manual dexterity, accuracy, teamwork, and diligence in following procedures; spot welding is a plus and may lead to pay differences.

Qualifications

• Experience in small part assembly and manufacturing with consistent work history preferred.
• Spot welding experience is a plus and may qualify for a higher pay rate.
• Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Familiarity with hand tools and measuring instruments (e.g., tape measure, ruler).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Good attendance record and teamwork skills.
