Program Description:The Filter Assembly Technician is responsible for assembling, inspecting, and testing filtration products and related components according to company specifications and quality standards. The Director or his/her designee may assign other duties and accountabilities limited to those consistent with the applicable scope of the appropriate professional job function.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesAssemble filtration units, housings, components, and related equipment according to work instructions, drawings, and production specificationsRead and interpret assembly instructions, cut sheets, blueprints, and production documentationVerify parts, dimensions, materials, and hardware prior to assemblyUse hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and assembly equipment safely and efficientlyPerform quality inspections and functional checks to ensure completed products meet company standards and customer specificationsIdentify, document, and report defects, material shortages, or production issuesMaintain clean, organized, and safe workstations and production areasAssist with packaging, labeling, and preparing completed assemblies for shipmentSupport inventory organization, material handling, and production staging activities as neededPerform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of assembly equipment and toolsCollaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to support workflow efficiency and continuous improvement initiativesFollow all company safety procedures, quality standards, and manufacturing policiesPerform other related duties as assignedThis role includes, but is not limited to, the responsibilities listed above.
