The 1st Shift runs Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, with overtime opportunities as needed. The position offers weekly pay and a $50 attendance bonus for completing full 40-hour weeks with no absences or tardiness.

Custom Filters Direct is a growing manufacturer of custom HVAC air filters for residential and commercial applications. We are currently hiring dependable and motivated Air Filter Assemblers to join our 1st Shift production team in Bloomsburg, PA.

• Pay Rate: $14.00/hour
• Weekly Pay
• $50 Weekly Attendance Bonus for employees who complete their full scheduled 40-hour workweek with no absences, tardiness, or missed time

What You'll Do

As an Air Filter Assembler, you'll work as part of our production team to manufacture and assemble custom HVAC air filters.

• Assemble air filters and filter components according to production requirements
