Job summary

FILTERBUY, INC is seeking a dedicated manufacturing associate for our Wisconsin facility. You will operate specialty machinery to fabricate, manufacture, or assemble filters and help ensure quality on the line.

The role requires standing for long shifts, reading a tape measure, and collaborating with teammates to meet daily production goals amid rapid change.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in manufacturing or assembly preferred, not required.
• Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to work in a fast-changing production environment and assist other areas.
• Prolonged standing on 10-hour shifts and repetitive motions.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Operate specialty machinery to fabricate, manufacture, or assemble filters.
• Monitor equipment to ensure proper assembly; report malfunctions to line lead.
• Meet daily production goals and deadlines.

Schedule: Friday- Sunday (6:30am-5:30pm)

• Operate specialty machinery to fabricate, manufacture, or assemble filters
• Monitor equipment to ensure that filters are being assembled properly; report any malfunctions to line lead
• Perpetually meet daily production goals and ensure production deadlines are met
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Must be able to read a tape measure

Requirements

• Prior experience in manufacturing or assembly work preferred, not required
• Possess great manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination, including the ability to grasp, manipulate, and assemble parts and components
• Work well with others and thrive in an environment that requires the ability to handle consistent, rapid change, a variety of activities and assisting other areas in production as assigned
• Prolonged periods working on feet (10-hr shifts) and performing repetitive actions that entail frequent grasping, reaching, twisting, and pivoting
• Must have reliable transportation
