Job summary

PeopleShare by PROMAN is hiring assemblers for a stable manufacturing career in a clean production environment. Direct hire with a clear pay progression starting at $19.45/hr and increasing through several milestones.

Two shifts available, first and second, with standard weekday hours and overtime as needed. As an assembler you will follow drawings and work instructions, operate hydraulic presses, use hand and power tools, and perform quality inspections.

Qualifications

• Assembly, manufacturing, production, machine operation, or warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and diagrams.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Safety-toe shoes required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble filter products according to work instructions, drawings, and specifications.
• Operate hydraulic presses and use hand and power tools.
• Perform quality inspections throughout the assembly process.
• Wash, test, repair, and rework products as needed.
• Access work orders and engineering drawings using company computer systems.
• Support multiple areas within the assembly department through cross-training.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Assist with production goals and overtime as needed.

Pay Progression

• Start at $19.45/hr
• Increase to $20.35/hr after 3 months
• Increase to $21.50/hr after 6 months
• Increase to $21.90/hr after 9 months
• Increase to $22.75/hr after 12 months

Available Shifts

1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

What You'll Do
