Job summary

Premier Packaging is seeking a production worker for a Monday–Friday 7:00am–3:00pm shift in Kentucky. You will operate a stitch gun, glue gun, hand bander, heat gun and bundler, follow assembly procedures, and help ensure products meet quality standards.

You will collaborate with forklift operators, perform basic housekeeping, and contribute to safe, efficient workflows. We value reliability, teamwork and the ability to read simple instructions and measurements.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Lift up to 25 lbs alone and up to 50 lbs with assistance.
• Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions, drawings, and specs.

Responsibilities

• Operate a stitch gun, glue gun, hand bander, heat gun and bundler.
• Follow assembly procedures to ensure correct product assembly.
• Perform general housekeeping of workstation and common area.
• Conduct quality checks to meet specified standards.
• Collaborate with forklift operators and other material handlers.
