Premier Packaging in Rancho Cucamonga, CA is seeking an entry-level production helper to support corrugated manufacturing operations. You will assist with machine setup, handling materials, and performing quality checks as part of a collaborative team.

The role emphasizes safety, clear communication, and a willingness to learn the corrugated process. It offers a daytime schedule with opportunities for growth within a growing packaging company.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Lift up to 25 lbs alone and up to 50 lbs with help.
• Ability to perform basic math and use a computer.
• Read a tape measure in standard units.
• Assist in setup and operation of corrugated machinery.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the setup of corrugated manufacturing machines under guidance.
• Ensure materials and tools needed for setup are available.
• Transport corrugated materials within the production area.
• Support loading/unloading of materials to/from the line.
• Follow instructions and tasks from the machine operator.
• Assist in quality checks and report defects.
• Communicate clearly to coordinate production workflow.
• Be open to learning corrugated manufacturing processes.
